Sheltr PM has been a long time coming for us. Working in Property Management for over 10 years, from family companies to nation wide companies, we wanted to finally make it our own. We seek to provide well rounded, full service management, where both homeowners and tenants feel safe and at home. Welcome everyone!​
Kyle Fetterolf (Broker/Owner)
Kyle brings over a decade of local industry expertise, dating back to 2010. Widely respected for his leadership and professionalism, he has been actively involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) for many years — which includes serving as a past chapter president, helping manage state conferences, and speaking at industry events. Kyle’s commitment and high service standards shapes the culture at Sheltr PM and ensures clients receive knowledgeable guidance they can confidently rely on.
Tori Fetterolf (Owner/Manager)
Tori has almost a decade of experience in the industry, dating back to 2016, supporting clients through every stage of the rental journey. With extensive experience in customer service and day-to-day operations, she has navigated the many ups and downs of the industry, gaining the knowledge and adaptability needed to handle challenges with confidence and care. Tori is known for her approachable nature, strong communication, and genuine commitment to helping others, allowing her to anticipate needs and create a smooth, positive experience for both owners and residents.
